Javier Valle Perez graduated from the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes in Managua in 1988. His artworks represent games, colors, and imaginary worlds in which he is evocating a language for the spectator to feel immersed in the artwork. He is a key figure of contemporary Nicaraguan art and an integral representative of Latin American art movements in the 21st century. Valle Perez has developed a marvelous and unique painting style that is meaningful to diverse audiences. He continues to make profound artwork and secure its accession into public institutions and private collections. He is a wonderful representative of his primary medium of painting and the larger context of contemporary art. He has participated in more than 62 collective exhibitions in Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Panama, United States, Germany, Panama, Spain, Denmark, Chile, France and Costa Rica. His works are part of important private collections in the United States, Europe and Latin America.
